Recruitment Process

    • Supporting Documentation: Please include confirmation of your graduation and proof of your Canadian citizenship, permanent residency of Canada, or written authorization to work in Canada.
  • Testing – If selected for consideration you will be contacted to complete pre-employment competency testing.
  • Behavioral assessment – Short-listed candidates will be invited for a behavioral and situational guided interview discussion to assess your skills and abilities.
  • Other methods of assessment – You may also be invited to complete written tasks, a presentation and/or other conditions of employment.
  • Matching – During the final stage of the process successful candidates will be matched to available departmental opportunities.

Eligibility requirements

  • As a Graduate Recruit you have completed a bachelor level degree program or a three-year diploma within the previous two years;
  • Possess Canadian citizenship, permanent residency of Canada, or written authorization to work in Canada; and
  • Consider yourself to be unemployed or underemployed.
